A pretty decent environment to work in
Work hard when there are deadlines, relax when there's not much.
Time for work is usually flexible, and working late is usually at your discretion.
It feels a lot of times that the work you do goes unappreciated.
And it feels hard to be proud of the work you do.
We need to give better attention to junior engineers, their needs and accomplishments. How will they feel motivated to work when the work they do is always overlooked?
