No micromanaging. Opportunities to grow. Innovative environment. Very supportive.
To be honest, there is not anything that I don't like about Qualcomm or my team. I feel lucky to have gotten into my team.
I think management is doing a great job. I feel like if they paid more to the employees, more people would stay longer. I think we are losing people to Apple and other companies because of compensation.
