Big Company, Declining Quality
The company is big, which means you can find many facilities. The pay is also relatively good compared to other companies in San Diego.
It is not so good as two years ago, and some people are not strong enough to be software engineers.
Rotate some teams and also do not always appreciate these guys who always can fix the bug in the end. Instead, you should appreciate those guys who check in the code with few bugs.
