Pros

Everyone is extremely helpful and interested in making sure it is a positive experience. Executives are accessible and will even do lunch one-on-one with interns.

There are a lot of smart people working on bleeding-edge technologies. HR is amazing.

There are lots of events for interns to have fun outside of work, and San Diego is close enough to paradise.

Cons

Intern projects could be sort of hit or miss. Interns sometimes felt obligated to work extra hours in order to complete tasks, but felt discouraged from admitting to working overtime (and getting paid for it).

Advice to Management

Doing a great job overall!
