Beautiful Campus, Challenging Work
I interned at Qualcomm and loved the following:
- The campus is beautiful and has many great places to hang out.
- The people are helpful and nice.
- The work is challenging.
Some things I didn't like:
- The company is too big; sometimes I felt like just a number.
- There is too much red tape—meetings and access permission and the like.
- Teams vary greatly in quality.
Make sure to keep all your employees engaged and feeling appreciated. This will make a great company better and attract more amazing talent!
