Great pay, good benefits, and nice people.
All projects have very aggressive schedules with no breathing room between projects. There is no work/life balance. It's very common to work weekends, holidays, and very, very long hours in general. If you have a family, this is not the right workplace for you.
Salaried workers are not your slaves. Create more realistic project schedules and don't overwork your people.
