- Hiring for the wrong skill-work mapping.
- Then employees have to change their entire profile to stay for the long term.
- Too tight timelines.
- No upskilling encouraged.
- Assess hiring by fitting recruits into the organization holistically, not just for the immediate work.
- Give career paths for new hires.
