The quality of work you will be doing is really high. You are going to interact with very smart people. I would say the work-life balance also seems good. You have almost one long week in every month because of official holidays and additional Qualcomm holidays.
The office space might not be very fancy compared to some other tech companies. They do not provide much in terms of freebies, except for soft drinks (which would be finished before lunchtime).
