Nice company to stay for a longer period
Good compensation. Flexible working hours. Working on the latest tech, such as 5G and AI, and expanding into the PC market as well.
It's difficult to change projects once you enter. You might get bored of doing the same things over and over again unless there is a change in tech, such as the shift from 4G to 5G and maybe 6G in the future. The company does not allow WFH or working from different office locations.
