Most of the senior folks are incompetent and not good technically. Thus, they make poor decisions and plans. All are from CSR times, having spent over 10 years. They just dump loads of work on junior engineers.
There is no vision and roadmap whatsoever.
No project management or Scrum is followed, which makes project execution highly inefficient.
There are almost nil chances of growth. Favoritism plays a crucial role.
There is nil work-life balance. Only join if you are willing to work 24x7 (weekends and holidays included).
Team leads/managers don't encourage participation in tech trainings/sessions organized by the company.
They are not open to suggestions/feedback.
