- Competitive pay.
- I got promoted quickly, but that really depends on the team. I have a lot of friends who are very capable but get mired in performance review politics; it's really hit or miss.
- Quality of people who have been here 12-15+ years ago is not up to par.
- They probably joined when Qualcomm was growing quickly, which makes you wonder how these guys are engineers.
- Sweatshop mentality has existed for the last 3 years+ in QCT (the chip-making business).
- Schedule is prioritized over quality, with questionable return.
- Management is too conservative and not willing to invest in growth areas.
Invest more in emerging growth opportunities.
