Pros

Benefits are good, but not as great as they were in 2008 when I joined. Healthcare, bonuses, and stock took a significant hit after the Fall layoff of 2015.

Employees are generally taken care of and have many additional benefits aside from the aforementioned.

Cons

Too many managers with conflicting interests, overlapping areas of focus, and their own agendas, with no repercussions for their misuse of resources or their failing to follow corporate policies. Essentially, many little unaligned kingdoms fighting for territory.

Advice to Management

Executive management needs to get departments working together to accomplish the same goal, instead of building individual empires with conflicting self-interests.
