Qualcomm is a good company, but something needs more improvement
If you are an R&D engineer, you can work very happily, focusing on your job. You can co-work with people from other countries and learn more things. Some managers are very smart and good to their employees.
The policy wasn't very clear. Some managers are very good, but some are not. Some managers and employees just want to be idle officers and always push their jobs to other people or other departments. This is very common on Fab B and Fab C. I hate this very much.
Do more focus on managers. Don't let them cheat you. If there are too many fights in the company, we cannot work very happily. People just want to protect themselves and don't do any benefit for the company. We believe Mirasol, but we don't believe Qualcomm's management system. We are all very disappointed with QMT in Taiwan.
