Pros

You get paid on time. You have a gym which you can hardly use since time is void here. Need to think if I could add any.

Cons

Where do I begin? It's South Asian cooking in this location, who put their egocentric environment as their aura around. Leadership has no sense of what's going on in order to respond effectively. Of course, leadership knows how to respond and fulfill responsibility in a way things can move, but has no clue when asked any question or assistance, when asked about certain out-of-the-way questions regarding work.

Leadership within the teams is even worse, since they have trained minds of 4 to 7 plus years members to look out for themselves and not as a team. Team members are so self-centered that when you ask a question, they go out, try to outshine, and complain regarding your question, stating silly questions are being asked. I wonder who determines which is silly, lol.

You want to respond to the nonsense going on here, but since they are not in a position to handle my feedback, so I am informing here to avoid wasting your precious career time.

At one point, I tried to ask for feedback, but after three follow-ups, there was no response from the leadership, so you can imagine the situation.

They will try to gauge your behavior, and if you are a nice guy, they will beat you down and never let you stand. In other words, they force things on you.

Find a team that has any other ethic other than South Asian. (Not all South Asians do this, but hey, most of them do it, let's admit it.)

I want to express more, but I guess I've made my point.

Most of all, they force you to work night shifts and after hours and call on your private numbers to continue work. It's a very bad situation. Money is important, but not at the cost of your mental health. You guys can choose wisely.

Advice to Management

Learn how to manage a team and humans. Learn to listen first, understand, and then respond and not reply. Regardless of anything, being respectful should be by default.
