Phone screen with recruiter, then 4+ hour long interviews with different teams and different people. 30 minutes of whiteboarding and 30 minutes of phone conversations.
I was offered the position, but then right before I signed the agreement, the recruiter told me they gave the position to an internal hire. It was never discussed and extremely unprofessional. I am still confused as to why they decided to stick to a poor experience instead of making it right.
