Talked on the phone with a recruiter, then had a technical screen. The person who did my tech screen asked a lot of hypothetical questions about how you'd deal with a certain situation, or comparable situations you'd dealt with in the past. The recruiter didn't really describe the role very well, though, and thus the tech screen turned out to be in a totally different field than I was expecting.
