Pros: Wonderful, motivated, and capable people work at Qualtrics.
Cons: Culture has rotted over the course of the last 5 years, and it is just not the same environment it once was. The senior leadership does not value their employees, nor do they care about the average employee's experience. Hard work is no longer disproportionately rewarded, and your compensation will not reflect going above and beyond any longer.
