The process took 3 weeks and consisted of one technical phone interview and two other in-person technical interviews, all of which were 45 minutes long. They used a website called CollabEdit, in which they asked a question regarding the basics (algorithms/data-structures) and you had to code it up within the time frame. They also asked behavioral questions before doing so.
