I was first contacted for a phone interview, and then later had an onsite. Everybody was friendly and seemed passionate about their work. The onsite consisted of three sets of one-on-one interviews, where the process was the same. I had to describe myself and then answer a couple of behavioral/situational questions, and then onto the coding. I didn't do so well on one of the coding questions, so I'm pretty sure that affected my results.
