Got a call from a recruiter wanting to talk to me about opportunities at Qualtrics. He found me via Hired.com. He set up a phone screen to talk to me, but his questions were not based on any behavioral perspectives in management, nor did they aim to discuss why I might be interested in Qualtrics. The questions seemed like they came from a typical script of canned questions. He asked them as if I had gone to their jobs site to talk to them, not as it had actually transpired, which was him contacting me about coming to work FOR Qualtrics.
