Long wait times between interviews and offer, and very messy communication between the internal recruiting team, external recruiting team, and hiring committee. The recruiter reached out in November, and after 4 rounds of interviews, I finally got an offer letter in January.

Pros: Qualtrics has been a great company to work for over the past 7 years and I have felt valued despite all of the change going on. Good benefits and compensation. Good people who work here.
Cons: The culture has never been the same since the SaaS slowdown and the acquisition by Silverlake. It is just plain ol' vanilla now.

Pros: - Pay is pretty good by Utah's standards.
- Free lunch.
- Low-level co-workers who care about you and your mission.
Cons: - D.I.E. hiring and promo initiatives are racist and sexist, and if you're not a "minority", you have no hope. They literally illegally have this as a criterion in their promo application.
- No accountability for poor performance from senior leadership. Qualtrics has senior leaders who have never met expectations in 3+ years but continue to be given massive bonuses.
- Remote workers recently got screwed by abrupt RTO.
