The executive leadership doesn’t seem to have a grasp on how ground level execution is happening. The new CEO is taking action to drive momentum and innovation.
Since the acquisition, there has been heavy bias and favoritism towards the offshore Poland office while both the quantity and quality of delivery is super low and the US teams do the heavy lifting. The culture has been built up for them to blame the US teams to cover their incompetence.
