Pros

The company is pretty good in terms of compensation & benefits (breakfast and a catered lunch in the office, snacks around the clock, and a vacation bonus are some highlights) on the Kraków market.

Inclusivity is also a plus if that matters to you. There are a lot of events as well. The office is in a nice location and well furnished.

Cons

Promotion cycles got reduced to once a year.

Sentiment around senior leadership is in the gutter.

The company has focused on cutting costs in recent times to increase profit for shareholders that got bought by SilverLake.

It is hard to get buy-in for new features, forget about getting more employees in an older team.

The company employs a hybrid model where 3 days in the office per week are required, including Monday, Tuesday, and one other.

If you work in engineering, there is a mandatory OnCall rotation to join that lasts 24h.
