WFH is pretty nice. I was in the office once during employment.
Maybe onboarding is a bit more difficult via Zoom, though.
I was sent an online assessment on CodeSignal with two weeks to complete it. The assessment had four questions that needed to be completed in 70 minutes. I received a rejection about a week after submitting the assessment.
OA - There are 4 questions. You need to finish them within 110 minutes. Two are easy, and two are medium. The less time you spend, the higher score you will receive. It's pretty challenging for a new grad position, in my opinion.
I submitted my application in early October and received the OA yesterday. I didn't ace all of them; I scored 1040 out of 1200, and I'm not sure if that's a passing score. However, it seems like two of the questions were easy and two were medium.
