Process
The first round (general tech screen) was friendly, and I received positive feedback the same day. I didn’t pass the second round due to a partial mismatch with the role’s requirements.
Second-round questions were quite broad and open-ended. I needed to create my own structure before answering, which made it harder to stay concise and on point. Also, I was asked to provide proof of English proficiency (e.g., TOEIC 860+).
