I cleared all the rounds, and the next day the recruiter called me and offered me the position. I verbally accepted it and was looking forward to the offer letter as she mentioned that I could expect it within a day!
One week passed, no update even after constant follow-ups. They wouldn't pick calls or reply to emails.
Second week: Recruiter sent an email stating that the legal department did not approve my offer as I didn't have enough visa validity (but I had 2 years of validity).
I shared the necessary documents to prove my validity with them.
Third week: As usual, no response from the recruiter after constant follow-ups.
Finally, she sent an email stating the same reason!
Totally disappointed and wasted three weeks on this offer!
I had high hopes for this one and almost risked losing my other offer as I was sitting on this for three weeks!
