Cons: Company and work culture could be better.

Pros: Team politics and a couple of teams who work with recent technologies.

Cons: 1. Not a single leader who can go for public speaking for any event. A few of them can even speak better English than anyone else in this world (that's what they think). 2. No proper culture; it's like "Ji Huzur" - whatever the Tokyo team tells you, just nod your head, accept the task, and come back from the meeting. 3. Confidentiality is a joke here. Any information going to your HR Partner, just rest assured, your manager and department head got a notification on that. 4. Performance does not matter. Are you in good books with your Manager/Department Head? If no, an average rating is confirmed for you. 5. In the HR team, people get promotions if they are not even eligible. But in other departments, it's like, "As per HR Policy, follow all this." 6. The interview process also sucks.
