I had an interview with Rakuten, and it consisted of three rounds.
The first round was Codility.
The second round was a Technical Interview. The interviewer was extremely friendly and asked various questions about core Java knowledge.
The third round was a Behavioral Interview. The Japanese interviewer was super cute and asked typical behavioral questions.
Everyone there was really nice, from HR to the interviewers.
