  4. Your evaluation is fully controlled by your manager.
  5. Innovation? Seriously?
  6. Due date >>> quality
  7. No training for new graduate engineers; they treat you as mid-career employees.
Advice to Management

Focus more on the quality of products. Treat engineers well.
