HR is bad. Miscommunication is common in the company. Most people do not know what to do. The workspace is noisy. There are many random meetings and distractions during a workday. Asakai (Monday morning all-company meeting) is mandatory for promotion.
Get rid of Asakai. Move it to Friday afternoon. Reduce the influence of HR to people's promotion chances. Provide more private work space for engineers.
