Pros

One day, the CEO decided that every employee in the company must sign up at least two people for Rakuten Mobile (mobile provider) in order to "help the company." Then, a full-blown circus began.

Employees started getting bullied into having their relatives join the mobile program, and pressure just kept increasing from managers. One of the worst experiences I've witnessed in tech so far. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone joining the company.

Cons

CEO that thinks he is God and bullies employees.

Advice to Management

Cancel referral program and apologize to all employees.
