Quite a large percentage of selfish people.
Japan's work culture is mentally tiring. It affects your health too.
Slog, slog, slog and still little appreciation because the end result was not 100% perfect. (Employees should be allowed to make mistakes and learn from them.)
Politics and favoritism exist in some teams.
Leave policies are very bad. All earned leaves are reset to 5 instead of being carried forward to the next year.
There are less or no extracurricular activities.
The remote teams make almost all decisions. Managers and employees in India just follow what the remote teams dictate.
Office is in Malleshwaram, which is like another planet for most people in the IT sector.
