Pros

The food is really good, and they have a gym with a sauna. The work/life balance was okay, but from what I heard, it depends on the team. They hire people with disabilities. This doesn't obviously concern your job, but it is a plus.

Cons

They have no idea what they are doing; tragic management. The CEO is a clown.

No talent in there.

The amount of work I did during the six months of my contract, I did in two months at my previous company. There was just nothing to do for long stretches because they have no idea about software development and planning.

The system (the global online marketplace) I was working on was an unbelievable piece of crap.

Disgusting office. I mean, it's a new building, but you're going to be sitting among two hundred people like in some sweatshop, and you won't know most of the people who sit around you.

Advice to Management

Just close the company and don't work anywhere again, really, please.
