Nothing much great to mention here, apart from free food and a few free biscuits in the pantry.
Worst and sick senior management you will ever experience.
HR team is good for nothing.
Management only wants sycophants.
Current new senior management is hiring all the new people from their own references. All the Flipkart "fired and waste" people are being hired in Rakuten India these days. All the non-productive, unskilled managers fired by Flipkart are now being hired in Rakuten India. These "waste byproducts" are further spoiling the company culture and working environment.
Senior management is asking, or you can say forcing, their managers to write false positive reviews on Glassdoor and post sugar-coated reviews about them.
The office is full of bureaucracy and hypocrites.
Advice to all Software Engineers:
Please do not join this company unless you are dying of hunger. If you join this company, you will end up crying tears full of blood and regrets, and you will not learn anything new apart from flattering your boss.
Your people are a waste of senior management a company can ever have. You folks are just brainless creatures who were thrown out of the US because of your unethical working and management behavior. You guys are seriously sick and brainless creatures a company can have.
