Cons

Never ever join Rakuten. If you don't have a personal life, then only join. Here people will work a minimum of 12-15 hours with pressure.

They don't follow Agile, it's only for the namesake. Everything is micromanagement, and there is no guarantee of making permanent after the probationary period. Hectic work, only good for freshers.

No proper planning. They don't know what Agile is; they think only about story points and completing them in 15 days. If not, stretch and complete. You can't learn because of pressure and sudden changes in priority.

Take the offer from here; they pay good, but never ever join.

Don't believe the words of HR and consultancy. HR will force you to write good feedback for every 2-3 bad feedback on Glassdoor.

Lots of people who came from standard companies feel like jail. There is no proper documentation and no proper requirements gathering. Developers have to do all this, and 6 days of work will be asked to do in 2-3 days.

No cab, but people should come by 8:30. Every Monday, you should be present by 8:30, otherwise, it will be marked as absent.

HR will spoil you because no resources want to join here.

Only a namesake product company, but the work is like a service-based startup.

They will keep track of how much you go for tea and even lunch. Managers will keep track of your Jira logs. Even if you log more, they think you are not fast, leading to bad work-life balance. If they are paying more, the work is also double. This company is not for settling down.

If you want to face hell, then join here.

Advice to Management

Please do a third-party survey. Follow industry standards. It's product-based, so the work culture should be like a product-based company, not like a startup.
