Very good company culture. The new office is great. People are very friendly, and it's a great place to work at.
Free breakfast, free lunch, free dinner, and lots of other perks.
Approval processes are very lengthy, and changes—if not ordered by executives—usually take a lot of time and effort. Also, there are too many meetings, wasting valuable time of engineers.
Leave more decisions up to the engineers; let them come up with ideas. And hire more mid-level, senior engineers.
It was a two-week process, and the group of people went on more technical rounds. There were two rounds of interviews in Bangalore and one final round was held online with Tokyo members.
If I had to say one word, it would be "Disgusting". I gave and cleared 5 rounds of interviews over a span of more than 3 months. The HR promised me that the offer would be rolled out "soon", but it never did. The HR ended up ghosting me. I will not
I applied online for a Senior Java Engineer position. I received a follow-up email asking why I am looking to leave my company and my salary expectations. One month later, I got an email with a take-home assignment. I was not in a rush to find a job
