The company is not too innovative. Therefore, developers do not need to work overtime.
I need to attend a lot of Japanese meetings via webcast. It's meaningless stuff.
If you want to operate as a separate entity, then operate as a separate entity. Just because Rakuten is big in Japan doesn't mean Rakuten US employees need to attend their meetings.
