- Administration is very bad.
- Right from the security guard to the directors, they think they are working for Google-like companies and make policies that are hard for employees.
- There is no appropriate person to resolve your concerns. They play the blame game.
Suggestion - No matter how much they agree to pay you, whatever it is, it is not worth it because even the security guard acts like a boss and the stupid management never listens to you.
You think you are the boss in making policies. Frankly, you are just acting like you are the board of directors of Google. But understand, you are NOT.
