Pros

Our CEO is very optimistic and has the ability all the way. He is a good leader.

The very good thing about our CEO is that he addresses all the employees in Asakai.

Benefits include free breakfast, lunch, and commute allowance.

It's a good project.

Cons

Long office hours. It seems to be a typical startup where you are asked to work for 12-14 hours, and you have to be ready to pick up their calls at any time. This is horrible. You lose your patience and get frustrated. It causes personal life issues. You will start having health issues and mental problems.

Advice to Management

The top management should know that the people at the intermediate level, so-called middlemen, are managing very badly. They don't have any idea of what is called work-life balance. After 12-14 hours of work, you won't get any encouragement and motivation from these middlemen. They will always try to put you under a bad scanner, try to humiliate you most of the time because of their self-interest. These people become more active just before the appraisal period and put anything on you to show how active they are. This kind of work culture is very dangerous for those people who are working under this type of person.

I request the top management to look into this and ensure that these middlemen don't destroy the personal lives of employees at any cost.
