- Onsite, consisting of systems design, behavioral, coding, and AI-assisted coding

Pros: Everyone's super smart and also humble and friendly. Everyone's top of their game and highly driven, so you gotta work hard. The company's also growing crazy fast, and it's an exciting time right now. Leadership is also very accessible.
Cons: I can't really think of any. Sometimes I work ~50 hours a week, but nothing crazy.

Pros: - People are very smart
- Pay is good, and growth is high
- People are generally friendly and willing to work together
Cons: - Hiring fast, but lots of good people leaving
- Zero WLB. Everyone is burnt out, which is probably why people are leaving
- Title inflation, or fast promotions if you want to look at it the other way
