The application process asks you to solve a CTF problem.
It was fun and pretty simple to accomplish, even for someone with zero CTF experience.
Then, I received an invite for a 30-minute interview, only for it to be canceled within the next few hours as they had just filled the position.

A "capture the flag" question was included in the application form. You can optionally solve it and include a link to a CodePen with your solution in your application.
