Their online application asks you to complete a coding challenge before you've even talked to anyone. This is extremely disrespectful of applicants' time.
I completed it correctly and was immediately sent back a boilerplate email that said they would not be moving forward.
Questions
Basic stuff. Then they asked you to decode a string that led to a URL. That then had more directions, etc.
