There were 3 rounds covering problem solving, machine coding, and an HM round involving design, projects, etc.
After 3 days of all rounds, they congratulated me and said they would be proceeding with the offer. But I had a terrible experience after that. I thought Razorpay to be a great organization, but I guess it's one of the worst I have experienced till now.
They have not come up with the offer even after 2 months now. They keep on giving excuses like audits, approvals, etc., but I feel they are being less transparent with the candidates.
They should directly reject if they are unable to give offers. It's a really bad practice to keep giving candidates false hopes.
Obviously, everyone should think 10 times before wasting time with them. I have read similar experiences elsewhere as well.
