Pros: Honestly, there are no pros, if at all, I should mention. Free food and Cult Fit.
Cons: Honestly, I should have seen the red flag earlier. But it's been a nightmare working in this company. The odd chance I get to get out of here, I am going out.
* **Toxic Management:** Honestly, there's no professionalism among managers here, no empathy. One thing that makes someone a good manager.
* **Tight Deadlines:** Honestly, I don't mind deadlines because business has to continue, but in this company, it's taken to the next level. If you are a developer, deadlines are onto your throat, and you feel suffocated. You have to work night and day to get things done.
