Razorpay is one of those organizations whose culture is a benchmark for the IT industry. It feels motivating and good to work with the people out here.
It depends on the team where you are hired for.
Technical round. He doesn't have my resume. Instead, he was following some other resume, and I could tell him, 'That's not mine. I don't have that much experience...' etc. Bookish programming. He expected his own answer, not even given proper input
Easy to medium interview. Asked everything in resume. Medium level SQL and OOPS concepts. Asked about final year project. Asked about my branch: What's the advantage of taking your branch in your college?
It was a decent process. There were 3 rounds, and the level of questions was basic. The hiring manager round was the toughest. The HR kept communicating throughout the process. I was honestly surprised why I did not get the offer.
