Really good company culture - flat hierarchy, great work-life balance, open communication, great goal setting, and a clear growth path which makes you grow year over year.
Awesome work - the work here is simply great. It's a great mix of a phenomenal product which impacts millions of people around you, plus groundbreaking infrastructure, R&D, and experimental work which impacts all BUs of the company and the open source in general.
Awesome people - the people here are extremely smart, talented, and fun to work with. It makes working really fun, and the day passes really fast because you're having so much fun in your work. The week passes really fast because of the ikigai you're experiencing with your work and the immense fun and joy it brings to you. There is immense respect for everyone around, with no micromanagement ever.
Awesome perks - regular outings, great food and snacks, best infrastructure, holidays and retreats with the entire team, latest Apple MacBooks, best-in-class medical insurance, a share buyback every year with the best ESOPs plan, which makes everyone feel a part of ownership and a feeling of reward as the company grows and expands.
I cannot think of any cons here.
The experience was very good. Interviewers were friendly and encouraging throughout the interview. The questions were on point and, in the end, they explained the job role very thoroughly.
1. Initial screen (15-30 min) 2. Technical/assessment (1-2 hrs) 3. Virtual/on-site interview (1-2 hrs) 4. Final interview/decision (30 min - 1 hr) 5. Reference check & offer (1-2 weeks). Efficient and thorough candidate evaluation.
One online assessment, three tech rounds, and one HR round. The interview process was smooth, and the difficulty level of the questions was medium. All three tech rounds were based on problem-solving.
