  2. The company culture promotes openness, even regarding sensitive information like pricing strategies for customers.

  3. I experienced significant personal and professional growth during my tenure. Over two years of service resulted in well-deserved promotions and salary increases.

  4. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is prioritized within the organization.

Cons
  1. Following Razorpay's acquisition of Ezetap, the company's performance has noticeably declined.

  2. The acquisition prompted a complete overhaul of the working structure.

  3. Employees were compelled to transition from remote work to mandatory office attendance.

  4. The vibrant energy that once characterized the workplace, including that of our CEO, seems to have dissipated.

Advice to Management

Consider allowing Ezetap staff to manage their work autonomously, without undue pressure. Rather than imposing strict directives, provide them with the freedom to utilize their expertise and insights to contribute effectively. Trusting their capabilities and empowering them to make decisions aligned with their domain knowledge can foster a more productive and engaged workforce.
