Poor management leadership. Lots of politics.
I would suggest changing the management at the Pune location. The work culture there is extremely toxic. Management leadership at the Pune location is not up to the standard of other locations like Mumbai and Bangalore.

Product Development Engineer
2-4 rounds 2 technical and 1 HR round. The first round has average questions, but the next round's difficulty level gets one level up. If required, they will set up one more technical round; otherwise, the last round will be HR.
