There are a few good perks, a good AI push, and good support for agentic development. It is an agile environment with good projects and cutting-edge technologies, and the push for innovation is strong.

There was an overload with an overwhelming number of tasks to be working on, and multiple discussions and threads were going in parallel. A lot of chaos was created by AI slop, and due to AI, there were unrealistic expectations on deliverables. The Vice President does not hesitate to ask employees to stretch the work even to weekends.

Have realistic expectations, build some empathy for employees, and relax work-from-office policies. Have trust in the employees, which will obviously drive more outcomes.
