Razorpay culture was one of the best earlier. Didn't value talent; some amazing engineers had to leave due to no promotion, no appreciation for their work. Some have been kept on the promise of giving promotions since the last two or three cycles. No constructive feedback in annual reviews, and on top of that, they give bad ratings with no justification. Constant pushing of AI when you already know that the team is already working hard enough. Pushing AI everywhere. Expectations are too high for promotions.
Some teams are being overworked, whereas some teams are delivering 2-3 basic UI components in one quarter.
